Put a bow on it.

Greetings from a Starbucks coffee shop while I’m on break from the most amazing jury’s duty (heavy sarcasm – its fucking awful) and I figured since I have pretty much an entire day of this I may a well bang out the blog post I am most excited about.

This yellow bow top was purchased on a whim from forever21 and I was originally hesitant about it because I haven’t yet reached a point where I am beyond confident in my body which I plan to go into great detail in a blog post coming up but I realized after chopping my hair into a pixie it I needed to embrace all the changes that are happening and so I left the house in my crop top and embraced the looks I got.

So the outfit – this top is everything I needed and more. It’s decently made considering where I purchased it from and the medium is the perfect size for me – i don’t have much of a chest but the top thank goodness that highlight that fact and it covers up my most insecure part of my body – my clavicles. I know, a very strange thing to be insecure about but here we are. I wanted the top to be the highlight of the outfit so I paired it with my light wash high waist denim and newly discovered lace up shoes from mango.

What are your thoughts?
